Ms. Gina Fuller
Consultant - Mathematics Education

Gina Fuller has over 40 years of experience as a classroom teacher and educational leader in the field of high school mathematics.  She has a BA in mathematics from the University of Maine and an MBA from the University of Southern New Hampshire.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Fuller has taught all levels of high school and middle school mathematics.  At Oak Hill School in Sabattus, Maine, where Mrs. Fuller taught for 28 years and served as the Department Head for Mathematics and Computer Technology, she worked to develop a competitive math team program.  She was a member of the Project Aspire program from the University of Maine, a unique program where students taking her A.P. Calculus and A.P. Statistics classes while still in high school were awarded twelve college credits from the University of Maine system.  Mrs. Fuller has also enjoyed teaching college courses for the University of Maine, including introductory computer and programming classes.

More recently, Mrs. Fuller taught in California where she developed a reputation as a strong advocate for Jewish Education and Jewish history.  She continued teaching mathematics, serving as a department chair and as the director of the Teacher Advancement Program, TAP/Mentor Teacher Program, for new teachers at both the high school and middle school level.

Mrs. Fuller loves to travel, having been offered trips to Israel nine times in the last few years as well as joining Jewish history trips through Italy and Morocco.  Mrs. Fuller values very highly the opportunity to chaperone high school seniors from various high schools throughout Los Angeles in the annual trip with the International March of the Living program, visiting the former concentration camps of Poland and then traveling to Israel.  Mrs. Fuller, though not Jewish, considers herself very Jewish, and is proud to be an advocate for Jewish education.

A dedicated, passionate and inspiring teacher, Mrs. Fuller loves the opportunity to work with students.  Even though now retired from full time teaching, she enjoys subbing whenever called and jumps at the chance to take a long term subbing position when needed.  From tutoring to teaching to traveling, Mrs. Fuller enjoys encouraging students to make the most of every opportunity offered them.

In addition to teaching math, Mrs. Fuller can often be found exploring her state, region and world. An avid reader and a collector of books, comics, and sewing machines, Mrs. Fuller’s true passion is solving and collecting riddles and puzzles.   In the summer Mrs. Fuller can be found on the beach with her grandchildren.
