Scott Bosse
Technology Consultant
Scott has over 14
years of extensive technology consulting experience in the educational and
non-profit markets. He has worked as a project manager, solutions
architect, application developer, data center manager, network/systems
administrator, trainer, and database programmer. Scott worked to
create one of the first FirstClass cloud hosting environments and has
deployed dozens of customized collaborative groupware environments around
the world, including student information system (SIS) integration tools,
including attendance, course request, gradebook, and teacher notes.
Scott has done IT consulting for a number of organizations,
including top-down tech assessments, full-scale build out planning,
hardware/software procurement, SIS evaluations, security audits, website
planning, and cloud migrations.
Scott has a B.A. in Mass
Communication from the University of Maine.
He volunteers his time
every winter at the CanAm International Dog Sled Race in Fort Kent
assisting with their web site and online timing system. Scott can
often be found enjoying the Maine outdoors, whether it be hiking,
backpacking, or downhill skiing -- or spending time in the horse barn with
his wife and daughter.
