Daniel Nikzad
CTO and Co-Founder - Gryphondale
Born in a
the suburbs of Potomac, Maryland, Daniel came to have an appreciation for
technology at a young age. His father used to sit him down in front of
giant monitors displaying changing stock prices, and a fascination with
computers was born.
Daniel began making websites for his favorite online game Habbo Hotel.
His first website, habbi.tk, was a fansite
created at the age of 11. An online radio station followed, called
HitzRadio.net, which played hit songs for anyone that would tune in.
Shortly thereafter, Daniel created MMOCCForum.com, a community of online
chatroom enthusiasts - a forum that would become the largest of its
kind.
As news spread that
Daniel was able to make websites, his work load and knowledge about
technology increased. He joined a small team of technologists directed by
principal Dr. Roger Fuller to create websites for Milken Community High School. This led
up to helping Dr. Fuller create one of the country's first digital dissertations.
During
his first year of college, Daniel was hired at the Walt Disney Company to create websites and
assist the Corporate Communications team as a consultant. At the time same
time, he continued to serve anyone who wanted an impressive looking
website. Today, Daniel serves as the CTO for Gryphondale Education
Services, LLC., pursuing his passion of building interactive websites for
online communities. Daniel is the chief architect behind
EdVillage4me.
