Happy First Day of Fall

Convention update …

It’s definitely time to make your plans to attend the ACB of Maine annual convention on Saturday, November 2. We’ll be meeting in-person at the Best Western Hotel in Waterville as well as on zoom and ACB media.

Our program will include:

*A panel discussion on transportation issues and challenges with guest presenters, Ron Brooks from Accessible Avenue,  and Zoe Miller from Moving Maine. 

*A second panel discussion on the employment landscape with Sharisse Roberts from DBVI and Lori Scharff from Career Connect. . .

*A conversation with Steve Sawczyn, our own Tech Talk computer guru

*An introduction to the many classes and conversation presented each week in the ACB Community Program.

*An important ACB Maine business meeting with elections and conversation about plans for 2025.

A small number of hotel rooms are available for Friday and Saturday nights at a reduced rate.

Amanda is working on tasty options for breakfast and lunch on Saturday, Menus and pricing will follow.
